For home owners: Manufacture time is normally 3 - 5 working days but we'll say 10 working days from acceptance of the quote as this includes the delivery time from importers' warehouses which sometimes have delays due to their delivery schedule we have no control of.

For Commercial jobs: We work with the project's time line

Engineered Stones come in 20mm and 30mm thickness. Natural stone are also available in 20mm and 30mm but some colors and some variety are only available on 20mm. Acrylic Solid Surface are available in 4.5 mm, 6 mm, 9 mm, 12 mm and 20 mm. However we can customize it to 40mm, 50mm, 60mm or any thickness to suit your project.

Stone benchtops look great in 20mm or 30mm. However, specific thicknesses may be more suited for your project in these scenarios:

Replacing your current laminate benchtop that has an existing wall tiling/splashback.

We recommend a custom mitered thickness. When an existing Laminate or other thick countertop (~40mm) is replaced, existing wall tiling/splashbacks will cause an unsightly gap if anything less than the original thickness is chosen.

You have a bay window directly above your benchtop and are looking to include a splashback.

When choosing a thickness for splashbacks directly below a bay window, we recommend a 20mm thickness. Bay windows usually have interior window trims that are no thicker than 20mm. However, it is important to note not all bay windows are the same. If you are unsure, please get in contact with us for a free consultation.

We like to make sure of stock availability when you start your project so we give options to our clients.

Some colors and materials are imported from the same manufacturers overseas and are being imported here in NZ under different color names.

We can cater to future projects as long as we can secure your material of choice from the time you accept our quote. This is to ensure stock availability by the time you're set to do it.
