Cleaning
Use a soft cloth or rag mop (for floors), warm water, and a few drops of mild, neutral cleaner or dishwashing detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid using too much cleaner or soap, which can leave streaks or a film. Don't use products with acids like lemon or vinegar, or scouring powders and creams, which can scratch the surface.
-
Sealing
Seal natural stone to protect its finish. A qualified fabricator can advise on the right sealer for your stone.
-
Protecting
The use of coasters under glasses, especially those with alcohol or citrus juices and the use of trivets or mats
under hot dishes and placemats under china, ceramics and silver is recommended to protect your benchtop

Regular cleaning
Regular cleaning prevents dirt and debris from building up. Too much cleaner or soap may leave a film and cause
streaks. DO NOT use products that contain lemon, vinegar or other acids on marble or limestone. Rinse the surface
thoroughly after washing with the soap solution and dry with a soft cloth. Change the rinse water frequently. Do not
use scouring powders or creams; these products contain abrasives that may scratch the surface. Always remember to follow the manufactures instructions when using any cleaning products. If you are unsure, please call us.
